The Akrapovič Evolution Header Set (Titanium) has been tested and developed in direct combination with the Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) to deliver uncompromising performance, weight reduction, and sound quality for the Porsche 911 GT3 (992.2).

Manufactured entirely from high-grade titanium, all components are sandblasted and coated to ensure long-term durability under extreme heat and track conditions. The newly designed header routing is engineered to optimize exhaust gas flow, significantly improving midrange performance and throttle response.

A defining feature of this system is the innovative manifold crossover pipe design, with key components cast in AkrapoviÄā€™s in-house titanium foundry. Derived directly from race-proven exhaust systems, this marks the first time such technology has been introduced into an Akrapovič aftermarket car exhaust.

Multiple parts within the headers are precision-cast internally, ensuring exact tolerances, superior strength, and consistent performance. Thanks to full titanium construction, the Evolution Header Set achieves a weight saving of 3.8 kg, making it 28% lighter than the stock equivalent.

Power, Torque & Sound Optimization

To maintain exceptional sound quality, the system features tuned quarter-length resonators in combination with catalytic converters, eliminating unwanted frequencies and distortion while delivering a sharp, motorsport-inspired exhaust note.

When combined with the Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) and tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a Porsche 911 GT3 (992.2) with a standard exhaust, the system delivers outstanding gains:

  • +23.6 kW (32.1 hp) at 4,650 rpm

  • +32.1 Nm of torque at 4,650 rpm
